Recent events have shown me that I should follow my own instincts. I am not claiming clairvoyance merely the ability to know when something is not right, and that I should stop ignoring that instinct once and for all.
Response to Being Provoked.
I moved home, and with that move came new neighbors. It seems that when I'm not sure about people I should observe from a distance instead I discovered that when I don't trust my first impression I am wrong.
It is funny to me how men will claim to be faithful to their wives, and not be faithful. It is funny how people will claim to be secure and not be secure at all, they will use you as much as they can before they throw you away. It is also amusing to me how people imagine things where none existed.

There are people that come in and out of our lives as if we had a revolving door on them. There are people that we misjudge, people we are right on target for and those that change while we aren't looking. The thing is that if we abandon people we never get to see the change.
Is there someone in your life who your first instinct was to run from yet you did not? Was there a time when you thought the world of them only to have it turn against you? Did you stay long enough to see that what you originally thought of them was not completely wrong? Did you find the good person inside? Well it seems that when the first impression is mixed you should give it some time.
There are people that will surprise you when it comes to following through and actually helping even when you didn't think they would. There are those who we know for years before their true colors actually emerge. It is as if some manage to keep our blinders in place until such a time as they decide to remove them forcefully and painfully.
Here's hoping that your life is filled with those that you love and love you.
