I have gone back to making lists to keep myself on track. The list is a little more detailed than it used to be and in steno-book. I like being able to separate the list without having to draw a line down the middle. It helps me separate out the tasks for the house, work, appointments and even medications that have to be taken.
I'm beginning to keep up with things better than I was before but there are still things on the list left undone. It could be that I attempt to fit a week's worth of items onto the list, or break larger tasks into steps so I can finish a step and mark an item off of the list. It also keeps me from texting and messaging when I should be working to earn a living or cleaning my house.
My calendar is the Google Calendar, it syncs to my phone so I get notifications of appointments before time to leave. This allows time to get dressed and make sure that Theresa is dressed when it is something scheduled outside of school hours. I'll be attempting to go back to filling the days even when school is out of session.
I'm working on becoming more efficient during the hours of the day I'm supposed to be awake. I'm also trying to start sleeping all the way through the night again. Until next time enjoy your day and stay focused on the goal.
